Shipping a Return
Please enjoy complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery date. â€‹
Exceptions | Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return | Refund Procedure
  1. ​Contact us at shop@reginanemni.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and let us know you wish to return your item. We will send you a pre-paid label that you can place over the prior delivery information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. To be eligible for a return, please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, unworn, unused, unmarked, with all tags attached and in the original packaging we provided, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be returned to you. When your return has been accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days and you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@reginanemni.com.
  4. If you choose to use your own shipping service, we suggest you use a trackable one or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
